Dear Friend,
Is there a more beautiful city than Vienna? If there is, I’ve yet to find it. No matter the season, something about it just makes one feel so alive. The music, the festivals, the cafes, the balls, and let’s not forget, the Sacher-Torte… I’m not sure I’ve ever tasted something so delicious.
We’ll have to make it again upon my return to the archives. Until then, I’ll be enjoying my time at this evening’s ball… It’s been so long since my last Viennese Waltz that I fear for my dance partner.
Yours,
Professor A

Scent History
Scent History
A dessert so famous it launched hotels…
In 1832, peckish Prince Metternich of Austria requested an impressive dessert. With his chef under the weather, a teenage apprentice, Franz Sacher, stepped in to create one of the most famous cakes in the world – The Sacher-Torte.
When creating this scent, we not only wanted to pay homage to this amazing dessert, but to the café culture Vienna is known for. We blended notes of chocolate, apricot, wood, and just a hint of spice to marry the scent of the dessert baking with the scent of some of the most gorgeous cafes in the world.
This scent is our love letter to Vienna.
