I found myself in Copenhagen once more, something about this city allows me to slow down, and enjoy the wonderful café culture.  As you know, I do love a good cup of coffee, and the Scandinavians are true experts at it.  It’s perfectly smooth, with nutty undertones, no need for all the unnecessary additions you find in modern coffee drinks because the coffee speaks for itself.  I will have to remember to bring you some on my next visit.
